Mikayla Ricketts
Originating from the North Shore of Massachusetts to her new business on the seacoast of NH, Mikayla has had a collective 10 years mastering her dry cutting technique and custom dimensional colors on all hair types.
With her hunger to expand her knowledge on new techniques and focus in creating a safe space for you to articulate your hair goals, Mikayla will use her artistic ability and best judgment to achieve your personally crafted style.
When she’s not behind the chair cooking up fun colors, it’s her top priority to try new things and get the body moving. Whether that be tending to her farm animals, skydiving, fishing, hiking, or surfing... she’ll be making the most out of life.
Victoria Wright
Vic’s journey into the industry began at 16 when she enrolled in the Technical Center. After graduating high school she moved to the Seacoast from Northern VT, to pursue her cosmetology license and instructors license at Paul Mitchell Portsmouth. She has 4 years of experience behind the chair.
“I want everyone to feel comfortable in my chair, and for you to feel confident when you leave. My specialties are “lived in colors”, blondes, and haircuts!”
She’s an endurance athlete on the side, and can be found running and lifting when she’s not behind the chair!
Vic’s favorite hobbies - Singing in the car, Skiing, Cycling, Collecting too many fuzzy blankets, Petting animals.
Sarah Davis
Sarah graduated from empire beauty school and has been doing hair for 3 years. She has degrees in business and healthcare and loves helping people. A self-proclaimed, ‘total girls girl’ she loves a good story with all the tea. Her specialties are blonding & balyage, men's and women's cuts (especially curly girlies).
Sara is married and has two daughters, two cats and a dog. When she’s not behind the chair, enjoys curling up with a good book, hanging out by the pool, and snowboarding!

Leigha Metz
I’m Leigha, a hairstylist in historic downtown Portsmouth. I love creating unique, effortless, natural looks through lived-in blonding, beachy balayage, and hand-tied weft extensions. You can also find me behind the chair doing high-end, platinum blonde using more tinfoil than NASA.
My goal is to always give every client hair that feels tailored to them and leaves them feeling their best! You can find me at the salon Tuesday through Friday & on Instagram at @beyondblonde
Bryana Coolidge
Bryana has been in the industry for about 10 years and is a blonding and color specialist. Her goal is to make you fall in love with your hair everytime you come in, whether it’s a transformative color or just a refresh! She has traveled nationally and internationally for education, and even moved to the Caribbean to work under a very well known stylist in the industry. She was also chosen out of thousands to be an ambassador for Masters of Balayage, which is a huge platform in the industry. Her specialty service is lived in color (think balayage, and dimensional color). While hair is her first love, Bryana also traveled to LA to train under a celebrity spray tan artist, and offers a mobile spray tan service for the northeast. Deb Ross
Deb is an accomplished hairstylist with an impressive career spanning over 30 years with her own Salon she dedicated two decades to providing exceptional service and creating remarkable transformations Deb's true passion is helping people feel their absolute best specializing in coloring and cutting techniques she is a master of her craft she has honed her skills in razor cutting and specialty perms. When she is not working behind the chair you'll find her spending time with family she loves all kinds of sports participating or watching. She is an avid gardener and find Solace and joy nurturing beautiful blooms.
